1. Material of Plain weave stainless steel filter cloth: AISI 201,202,302,304,304L, 3016, 410, 430 stainless steel wire.
2. Plain weave stainless steel filter cloth features:
High tension, much higher tension than common polyester mesh, and this property is very stable;
Super Precision: Uniform wire diameter and aperture with extremely low difference;
Low elongation: Very small elongation of wire mesh at high tension;
High Flexibility: The wire mesh will not lose elasticity at extreme tension;
High Corrosion Résistance: The excellent corrosion resistance of stainless steel wire exceeds polyester fiber.
Non-electrostatic: To avoid affects of no electrostatic for printing and ensure the safety of printing;
Good Heat-melting Resistance: Special features of steel wire mesh, suitable for heat-melting ink.
Good Solvent Resistance: To avoid the affect of any solvents to wire mesh and to ensure the safety of printing.
3. Weaving pattern of Plain weave stainless steel filter cloth:
The Plain Weave is the most commonly used and simplest wire cloth weave. Each warp wire (wire running-parallel to length of cloth) passes alternately over and under the wires running reversely through the cloth (fill or shoot wires) at 90 degree angles. It has an extremely wide range of applications.
